The Vale

A collection of mini stories that follow a few characters trying to live a normal life in a world full of supernatural creatures that feed on humans. They are often saved by a rather creepy person who seems to know how to fight these beasts.

Terms of Service

Basics

By commissioning me or acquiring a piece of my art through any means, you agree to the terms of service/terms of use below.-If you have read through this terms of service/use and understand it, please say "Chrome" when you order your commission.-Client confidentiality is important to me as much as it is my client. If there is an art piece you don't want me to post, Just say so and I will respect that. If you need to email me something, but don't have a "Username" email, don't worry, I won't say anything about it. Safety and privacy is also an important part of a good interaction.-This is not at all a legally binding agreement/contract, since I am not a lawyer. I am just an artist. However if you break any of these rules, it's more then likely that you will not be allowed to use my services or products in the future.The BB is a system I have adapted which allows people who have gotten customs and art from me in the past to come and get a revamped piece for 30% less than they paid originally. This encourages people who have commissioned me before to come back to commission me again. As a way of both giving improved work and building my portfolio. In order to do this policy, you must show proof of the original purchase as well as the piece you want a revamp of. This is only for revamps of existing pieces.

Designs

Design Giveaways ›
-You may not sell the design for currency or trade unless it has extra art. Since it was not obtained with currency or trade.
-This is not mandatory but I would like it if you were to notify me of when you give/trade/sell to someone else, and who that individual is.
-Like with all of my designs, you would have to wait the one month cooldown before you can give/trade/sell the design.
-I have the right to refuse service to anyone
-Like with all of my commissions, I will send you a sketch before you pay, that way you can make changes as you see fit.
-Don't be afraid to ask for updates or changes.
-I will be giving you updates with every different detail I start that way you can decide if you like it or not.Design Trades ›

-If you are unable to complete your side of the design trade, you will either have to pay me the commission price for a custom ($25 minimum) if you want to keep it, or I will keep the design, no matter the specs or details since I don't want my time and effort to go to waste.

Adopts

-I will not refund an adopt
-Don't bid if you don't have the funds
-I will only hold Bids for two days.
-I have the right to refuse service to anyone
-You may not sell the adopt for more then you bought it for unless it has extra art.
-Like with all of my designs, you would have to wait the one month cooldown before you can give/trade/sell the adopt.

Bases

-Please don't claim my bases as your own or remove my lil signature on the piece.
-Please credit me on other platforms as well (Insta, da, toyhouse only)
-Please use the tag #Gigbases or #Gigbase
-Feel free to edit the lineart however you want, however you are not allowed to sell lineart edits or fantribe bases with them.
-You can sell adopts and designs on the base as well as use them for your own Characters.
-Do not post on Wings of Fire amino (The large one.) As I am uncomfortable with that community and want nothing to do with it. This includes Personal characters, adopts, customs, commissions, fantribes, and base edits!!
-Do not give the following users access to my bases;

• Silent.SobbingMy bases are Free To Use, however due to my own negative experiences, I'm restricting who has access to them.
